Are you HIPAA certified?

No, because it doesn't exist.

We are HIPAA compliant. 

If you see a company with some sort of HIPAA certified label, please use caution. There is no authentic HIPAA certification that is given by the US Dept. of Health & Human Services, and using the cute graphic is considered consumer fraud. I'm compliant by continuing education every year to make sure not only I, but you are also protected.

Isn't it cheaper to hire staff for this?

That depends on your budget. 
Outsourcing dental billing can often be more cost-effective than hiring and maintaining an in-house billing staff. By outsourcing, you eliminate expenses such as salaries, benefits, training, and office space needed for additional staff members. Outsourcing allows you to pay for the specific billing services you require, which can be more cost-efficient, especially for smaller dental practices.

How secure is the patient and practice data?

Very secure. We only use HIPAA compliant programs and encrypted email clients when patient and practice data is involved. We also deploy VPN networks to safeguard your data.

How will communication be managed?

As easy as possible for you. If you prefer texting, we can text. However please keep in mind, that all PHI and business/doctor information will be through our encrypted email only.
